CMW 2015: W Darling @ Tattoo

SATURDAY — It's always a good sign when an act arrives on stage and the keyboard player turns out to be Robin Hatch. We've loved pretty much every project we've ever seen her involved with, including the Toronto's best cover bands: Sheezer and Dwayne Gretzky. But under the lights of Tattoo on the Saturday night at this year's Canadian Music Week, she was backing another exciting local talent. W. Darling is relatively new to the scene, but already boasts a barn-burning guest vocal on an epic Bassnectar tune. And she just so happens to be the daughter of  a certain guitar-playing, beard-boasting, log-crawling, cat-song-singing Canadian children's performer.
