THURSDAY - Baby faced, jovial and full of high energy that just couldn’t reach the crowd of The Garrison, Actual Water unsuccessful tried to transfer their Archies-esque tunes to an unwilling crowd of dripping wet concertgoers on day 2 of CMW. But like every band who still acts as if they’re in a high school battle of the bands, they photograph nicely and we wanted to share them with you.
